However, in time all brick/stone work will lose it's colour and stains or algae can often appear. At SWK, we utilise the latest in high-power pressure washers as well as state-of-the-art flat surface technology to help us restore your driveway, path and patio. It takes hard work and a fair amount of elbow grease to complete the job, carefully removing each remnant of dirt, algae and lichen but it's important it's done carefully and we can provide a free patch test so you can decide.

UPVC, Cladding and Conservatory Cleaning

At SWK we can restore and revive any conservatory whatever its current condition, colour or age. Our entire upvc framework cleaning is also sealed in with an added protection for the forthcoming bad weathers such as rain, snow and moss re-growth. Not everyone has the time or equipment to clan their conservatory and to get in those awkward areas that are difficult to reach. We will leave your conservatory looking like the day it was installed.

Moss and weed removal

Get rid of unwanted moss and weeds, we can ensure all will be removed off at close range. A high-pressure washer is the best tool for effectively removing moss, lichen or algae. We do not recommend simply spraying the stones or gaps with a high-pressure hose, as this could cause microfractures in the stones that would encourage the moss to grow more.

If you allow large patches of moss to grow on your roof, these patches hold water against the surface of the roof, which can cause the roofing materials to rot. Moss can also be a hazzard on paving areas as it can be very slippy when wet.

Sanding and Sealing Paving

By ensuring the best type of sealant is in place, your block paving and sealant could last for years. Not only will it increase the life span, but it'll also contribute to other benefits such as reducing mould and moss growth and pesty weeds. When the sealant breaks away the stones could become uneven and wobbly causing cracks to appear.

Concrete Colour Restore

In time imprinted concrete can often lose it's colour or can be plagued with oxidation and erosion leaving it looking dull and lifeless. The patterned concrete sealer will have a lifespan of 3-5 years and depending on the quality of your driveway/patio we can use matt or silk.

Restore the look of your building back to it's natural glory. Pollutant stained walls don't give off a good impression of your building especially if it's a business or you are trying to sell your property.
